Shipping Information
We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and any potential customs delays.

Express Shipping

Flat rate: $9.99
Note: Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped, not when it is placed. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after your order has been shipped. If you're having trouble tracking your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Return Policy
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges
- Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and process your return
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization (RA) number
- Package your item securely with the original packaging and include all original tags and accessories
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation in the package
- Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship your return to the address provided with your RA number
Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Hassle-Free Returns: For your convenience, you can also return eligible items to any of our physical store locations. Just bring your order confirmation email and a valid ID.
